I wrote him a note asking him why he was playing hard to get

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
Thanks for your answer a couple weeks ago on my situation with the guy that I was not feelin a connection with. However, the problem is worst now. He does not speak except to say hi. He spoke to me at a party last weekend and promised me a dance but the whole night went by and I never found him. I tried backing off until today I wrote him a note asking him why he was playing hard to get. He claim that he was not playing hard to get, he is just chilling and that he is going to call. I know he is not going to call because he said that before. I am feeling hopeless. I am not used to this because, not to sound conceited, but I can pretty much get any guy I want I am kinda popular around school but getting him seems so impossible. What do I do ? ~Ms. Infatuated

RomanceClass.com Advice
Seems to me that you are infatuated with him because you can't get him.

You are probably not used to being turned down. Maybe he is just not in the mood for dating now and you are turning it into a challenge.

My advice is to back off until he is ready.

The only other thing that comes to mind is to ask him out as a friend and hope things grow from that.

Good luck!
George
