Should I be a man and let her know how I feel, and risk rejection

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male
I am pretty close friends with a woman I work with. We have gone out together a couple of times, but one day I starting to have feelings for her. I tried to dismiss it as a crush, and the feeling would disappear. Unfortunately I fing myself liking her more, and more. I think she knows how I feel, but my instinct tells me that I'm not her type. Should I be a man and let her know how I feel, and risk rejection, and the whole office know what happened, or play it safe and pray she makes the first move? Advice
Go for it!

Rejection is no big deal... and I think she would not want to spread it around the office.

Good luck! George
