The girl i like i just met. we both immediatley clicked together, we both enjoy spending time with each other and i really like her personality, her looks are just an added bonus. i already told her i liked her and she told me "thank you for the compliment". note when i told her i addressed the fact that i knew she had a boyfriend. and i made it clear that i was not asking her to break up with him. i really really like her and posibly even love her, but what do i do? do i wait and see if they break up? if they do break up do i immediatly try and get to her? and what if she doesn't feel the same way? right now i'm confused and desperatly searching for advice someone please help me!

You are in a tough situation.

At least she had a nice answer for you when you told her you liked her. Your only real chance is to wait and see if they break up and then immediately ask her out.

Meanwhile, stay close friends with her since you like each other it should be easy. And, she will be more likely to turn to you if she breaks up with her current boyfriend.
