You have answer a number of my e-mails and helped me alot. A gew days ago my boyfriend broke up with me and I still cant get over him.I am having an extremly hard time letting go. I break down everyday at least seven or nine times, i am loosing a lot of sleep (no sleep for 5 days) Tiered as hell, not eat much and not concentrating in school. Now a few days went by and i heard that there is a friend war. war ended yesterday and they r solving some things out together. Now i cnt get over him,i cnt let go, can u please please halp me? He said he wanted to be friends and this is akward for me i want to be his friend but i love him and he told me he cares about me alot too. what should i do? i need help really badly.

You need more time to get over a broken romance. A few days isn't enough.
Stay friends with him and, with time, he may come back to you. Ask him how he is doing about once a week and keep your talk to about 20 minutes so he doesn't feel pressured.
Contact your school counselor or talk with your parents if your suffering goes on much longer.
