Hi,
I actually love 1 of my relatives for so many years but also because of this particular situation, I had never express anything to her. I really love her but I definately know it is impossible to have her. But, shall I just say I love her? She's five years older than me, so I don't want to let her feel I am just playing with her.

If you think your families would be against it then you may be in trouble no matter what the state law says. It's hard to argue against families.
