my ex, we haven't been together in over 6 months, will not leave me alone...he calls me at work, he emails me, he stopped by by new place os residecnce that i didn't know how he knew about....i don't know what to do....i would rather not have to get the police involved, but i'm at a lose....we both see the same therapist and she is trying to get him to move on with his life, but he is stuck on the "fact" that i'm his true love....please help

Since you are both in therapy my advice is to let the therapy and time do its healing.
Some people can't give up as easily as others and your ex appears to be one of them.
Unfortunately you may eventually have to involve the police if he doesn't get control of himself pretty soon. Discuss this with your therapist.
