Alright, i'm in 11th grade and this girl i've known for almost 4 years now and we used to hate each other when we first met but now just this year i've been getting some wierd attention from her....unlike i've ever got from a girl before. Here is an example, when 2 guys roughhouse with each other, that is how she acts torwards me lol! and then she will get real sweet and might express a quick but quiet feeling she has.

If you like her back then ask her for her phone number, email, etc. Then after communicating for a while ask her out.

In fact, you could probably ask her out now and she would say yes!
