how can I tell her how I feel about her without jeapordizing our friendship

I really value the friendship this girl and I have. We have only known each other for a year, but we know more about each other than I do about some of my other friends. Lately, I have developed feelings for. But, she has a boyfriend now. It still hasn't affected our friendship at all, and when we're around each other she doesnt mention him at all. Well, the problem is how can I tell her how I feel about her without jeapordizing our friendship, and without possibly ruining her current relationship. I want her to be happy, even if its without me.

PS: I should probably metion I am a freshmen in college now, and she is still a junior in high school. So, should I wait for her to attend my university? She said it is the same college that she'll be attending.

Be upfront with her. Tell her your friendship is the most important thing to you and that you know she has a b/f but you just wanted her to know that you like her. She should be happy to hear that.
