i want to know.there is this boy who told me that likes me and i like him too .But he hasn't been paying attention to me lately.I want to know what is it that i have to do to make him ask me out.He's kinda shy and i'm shy too.

Walk up to him and say "since we like each other, why don't we go out?"

He's going to say "OK" Then you have to already have an idea of what you might do... a dance, walk in the park, hang out, or whatever.
