Ok well I'm 15 and my boyfriend is almost 18 and well we have decided to take a break and sort things out because we always seem to be argueing and can't stop. It's always over the stupidest things and Its normally because I'm jealous. And last time I got jealous because he was going over to one of our friends house to watch a movie and I just basically explosed at him... I can't get over my jealousy and I so want to be with him but we just dont see eye to eye... I guess its because i dont trust him but i just dont know whats going on!!

Jealousy is a tough beast to conquer. Everyone has it a little bit from time to time.

The problem arises when is occurs too frequently and strongly. And also when it causes arguments between couples.

The way to fight jealousy is to treat it as an enemy. Any time you have a jealous thought, tell it in no uncertain terms to go away, that your boyfriend loves you. After about 100 tries the jealousy will give up and leave.
