I know how to flirt, but i dont know the steps to become better friends without overdoing it

thx for answering my question about"i just like you as a friend, would you be my friend?" I see her occasionally in the hall. My locker is 10ft from hers, but i dont know how to start a conversation! She rides the bus, but i dont. She likes swimming, but how am i supposed to join the same swim team as hers??? She knows i like her, so shes not gonna gimme her phone number OR her email adress. Man, im so screwed...im wondering, should i take it step by step or just start flirting with her. I know how to flirt, but i dont know the steps to become better friends without overdoing it...could you help me one more time? thxs =)

Put your skills to work on her and build up a good relationship which might eventually become a friendship.

Why wouldn't she give your her phone number? Have you asked her? The only way to find out is to ask her. You will never know until you ask.

You have a lot of things going for you and you seem a little shy about taking advantage of them. Talk to her. Speak to her. Flirt with her.
