How Can I overcome fear of actually making it with a girl and having a good time with her?

Ok Im 15 and I go to High School. This girl is 14 and in same grade but my past with girls hasnt gone well I get nervous to hold their hand or kiss them. How Can I overcome fear of actually making it with a girl and having a good time with her?

How about trying the truth with her?

Tell her you would like to hold hands but that you are nervous about it. She will probably say it's ok and hold out her hands.

Then try the same thing for hugging... and kissing.

You won't be successful everytime, but you will be less shy if you just talk to her like a regular person and not an alien. Remember girls usually want to do the same things you do. Sometimes they want more!
