but I just can't get rid of my jealousy to his ex-girlfriend

My boyfriend and me were together for almost 10 months now and we're serious in our relationship. Planning to get engaged soon. I do love him, but I just can't get rid of my jealousy to his ex-girlfriend. He admit that they never had sex before but its hard for me to believe since they ever staying together (but sometime I feel that what he said was true when he "swear"). We often argue because of this. Please give me some guidance on this.

Make sure your switch is always turned toward believing him. He has done nothing that would make you not trust him.
