Can I get over him when I see and talk to him everyday?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
My boyfriend and I went out for 9 months. Before then we were friends for about a year. We just broke up. It looked like his love for me wasn't strong enough anymore. Now that we are broken up, we want to be friends again. We go to the same college, same work place, same major, same club, even the same e-board. I want to be friends with him again, but I still see him the way I used to when we were dating. And we have been talk to each other on the internet everyday, even on the day we broke up to see how each of us were doing with the break up. I don't know if I'm completely over him. Will I get over him? Can I get over him when I see and talk to him everyday? Will we be able to be friends again? What happens if these feelings never go away? Will I be able to get on with my life?

RomanceClass.com Advice
Take advantage of seeing him every day to have a great friendship. Two things might happen. First is you might start seeing him a friend and your feelings slowly dwindle away. Another thing is that his feelings for you might increase and he will want you back again.

Consider also that another boy could come into your life.

Stick with what you are doing and I am confident things will turn out well for you.

Good luck!
George
