My ex and I have had a on and off again relationship for the past 8 months

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
hello,
My ex and I have had a on and off again relationship for the past 8 months. We have broken up for various reasons such as her going back to her first love and her moving 13 hours away. She never moved and I said some things that really hurt her. The first few months were great and everything happened so quickly. We both fell in love with each other. As everything started happening, we both changed from the people we fell in love with.
My feelings are all there, but hers have faded. I've tried almost everything from changing back to the person I was before and doing all of the things I used to. I've even tried discussing my feelings and explaining everything that I did and why I did it. She still does not want to be with me because her feelings have changed and she is scared that everything I have done and said will happen all over again. What should I do? I still love her with all of my heart and want to be with her.
