it seems like they both like my friend alot more than me

I am 14 yrs old. I go up to my boat every weekend. There are two girls up there who are best friends and I am friends with them too. The problem is that I have a friend who goes up every weekend who is friends with them too. I really like one of the girls but to me it seems like they both like my friend alot more than me. I have already talked to my friend about it but there isn't anything he can do. I know that the girl likes me but I don't know if she likes my friend more. I have been friends with her for about 2 years.

After two years it is time to tell the girl that you are interested.

One way to do this is to tell her you are "developing feelings" for her and see what she says. She may need time to think about it and if so tell her you'll ask her once she has had time to think about it.
