he wants to live with his mother,I want to move he doesn't want kids i do we get along great i love him he loves me we are in love we just want different things an i wasting my time although he wonderful to me help me

The deal breaker is the issue of kids.

Unless he is capable of changing his mind, then don't waste your time on him. The issue of living at home will inevitably change but the kids issue will never go away.

Best bet... move on to someone more compatible.
