How do I go about seeing if this is genuine or if shes just a tease?

Hi, sorry this sounds like a bit of a life story but its the only way i can be complete enough. I have had relationships before but I feel so much stronger about this one.
Well this all started a 4-5 months back at my local night club. One night I was there having a few drinks with some friends when a guy that I know(he works at this place, was finished for the night) told me to come up to the bar with him because one of the bar girls was looking at me strange but in a good way and he didn't know her(she had only just started there). So he took me over called her over and introduced us. Nothing really happened over the next couple months, I would buy drinks off her and I was polite. Once or twice i spoke to her in her breaks.
About 6 weeks ago it was an average night had a few drinks spoke to her a bit when she was working, she brought me a drink after i ran out of money. After the place closed a mate and i went out to this staff get to gether/party. And she was out there, a bit drunk. We talked and then she inviting me to go with them to a car thing later that day. So she grabbed my number and stuff and said she would call me later that day. I Didn't end up going. I saw her on the Thursday night after when me and the boss went out. She didnt eng up going to it either.
After that we were talking a fair bit. When she was working and on her breaks. The a couple weeks after she invited me to the car thing a mate was having a BBQ and said that I should invite her, so i did. I just txt her when I left the club. She didnt come but I found out that she tryed to call me during the day to say that she wanted to but got called into work early. It was a few days after this I started to feel quiet strongly attracted to her.
We had another BBQ the next week and she came and assumed that there was no one that she knew there. There was a couple she knew. We all headed down to the club after. She was working and that night I just stayed aroud the bar she was working at talking to each other that night.
The next week she gave me some more free drinks. The week later she Invited to to come to her b'day, she had the night off. I feel there is some potential but I think I'm becoming a friend too quick. And last night I got a bit messy and started flirting with another girl infont of her when she was working, I was ignored for a while after that. We still had a chat on her break though. I have picked up mixed signs!
How do I go about seeing if this is genuine or if shes just a tease? Are we becoming friends too quick? Why has this friendship blossumed so quickly? How do I ask her without risking losing a friend! Thanks for ya help greatly appreciated!

She sounds like a perfectly normal girl and you should feel lucky that she is interested in you.
She has already initiated several activities with you and now it's your turn to suggest some things to do. Don't worry about losing a friend, she has made it clear that she likes you.
She's probably wondering if you are a tease!
