Me and my ex broke up about five years ago. i am a junior in high school, so i have had plenty of ex's come to the high school, but when i saw him. it felt like my heart stopped. i still have feelings for him, but i dont know how to let him know how i feel. it is killing me seeing him at lunch but i too scared to make a move. how should i handle it.

Try to meet him alone or on the internet and explain to him that you still have feelings for her or that you have started having feelings for him again.
Another way is to try to make friends with him again by saying hi to him whenever you see him and give him a big smile. Gradually you could become more comfortable talking with him and then tell him.
