I met a guy online, we talked for a month then arranged to meet. We went out twice and both times it felt like the night flew by, the conversation was great and he kissed me both times... We never arranged to go out again... communication stopped. after a few months i emailed him to say hi and see what was up.. He sent me back this email that he was soo happy to hear from me and blah blah blah.. we have been emailing all summer but he hasn't asked to go out again.. and if i don't email him for two or three weeks, he'll send me another email to see whats up.. he talks about how he's been going here and there... is he waiting for the end of the summer to ask me out again.. also he is 28 and i am 29.. so i hate these baby games.. what do i do

At your age you should feel free to ask a guy out rather than waiting for him to decide.

Choose your time and milieu and ask him out. This may help you figure out how he feels about you. You are joining in the baby games by not being forthright about how you feel.
