Hi,

I have a mutual attraction/affection with a male co-worker of mine, and we even discussed it once and decided not to do anything because we work together.
I just get frustrated by his behavior because one day he'll be very affectionate and into me, and the next day he'll appear colder, and be affectionate to other people in front of me, but not me. And he also has no problem shooting the breeze with other co-workers, but around me he gets quiet and doesn't say much.

I know he likes me, so what is his problem?

Sounds like he is attracted to you and doesn't know how to act around you.

You two need another talk about your connection and probably agree to see each other even though you work together. Nothing wrong with that... many have been there done that without a problem.
