i am dating this guy and he is really sweet and we get along great and seem to have alot in common but he told me he has a daughter with another woman and he has been living with her for the past 4 years(but never married) for the sake of the child but they have no interest in each other and cannot stand each other. when i ask him about it, he says "we cannot stand each other and trust me we are not a couple, nothing is going on!" now my question is should i believe him? do i trust him? call the girl? what do i do or think? i really like him, i want to keep seeing him. help

Sounds like he is telling the truth.

But it wouldn't hurt to call up the woman to veryify the facts. Ask him if he would mind it if you did. Are you allowed to call him at home?... that could be a clue.
