I'm Afraid to Touch Her

Me and my girl friend are very good friends and we know each other very well. But i'm always scared to touch her anywhere or even kiss her. When i'm alone with her, never do anything. hardly even sit beside her. What is the problem?

It sounds like you lept into dating without doing the regular building-up that goes on in friendships - hugging each other hello and goodbye and so on. So you suddenly are dating now without having build up the comfort zone with each other.

So start working on it. Hopefully you guys hug hello and goodbye. If not, it's time to start! It doesn't have to be a mushy hug, just a normal hug. That will build up the comfort factor with touching each other. Sit next to her. As you get more comfortable, then you can work on other things. But you have to start with regular touches like hugs!
