i ask him every now an then will u go out with me please an he tells me i dont no an all my friends say ask him again should i or shouldnt i? one of my friends said ask him once an if he says i dont no again to tell him just to tell me when he figures it out but should i ask him again or wait?

Try this:

next time you ask him and he says I don't know, then you reply "Well I do know and we are going out."

This is a last desperation try and if he puts up a fuss, then forget him.

Oh, when you tell him you are going out have something very simple in mind to do as a date. Even just hanging out together would be a step in the right direction... or a walk in the park.

Nothing else has worked so far, maybe this will.
