I have been married for 5 years now and recently have fallen in love with a married women. I don't know who I should tell; my wife first or the married women. If i tell my wife she may leave me, but if i tell the married women she may be uncomfortable being friends any longer, and I don't want either to happen. On the other hand if i tell the married women and she has the same feelings what do i do. I feel as if i must tell someone or do i just wait for this to blow over. I don't want to ruin what my wife and I have if it is not going to work with the other women. Please help.

My advice is to wait and see if it blows over. If it doesn't...

Then get marriage counseling with your wife.

Odds are some will get hurt and it will probably include you.

Maybe you should consider it the five year itch and wait it out.
