There's a guy I have known for a little over three years and he's a player. He and I work together and he is also owner the business that we work in. We are friends too and we only spend time together when we can. I have been hearing that he wants to spend time with me outside of the workplace and what I'm seeing is that he seems to have spending more time with other girls instead. How come makes time for the other workers and his girlfriends more than to spend time with me outside of the workplace?

The only real way to find out is to ask him what's going on-- and then hope he tells the truth.

What you are working with is a history with the guy who is a player, who spends time with coworkers instead of you. Then you get rumors about him wanting to see you on the outside.

How can this be figured out? I don't know, but given the way he is I doubt if anyone could guess what is going on in his mind.
