I like this girl but she is always hanging around her freinds so if i ask her out she say no because she is around her friends and i dont know her number what do i do?

Try to get her number from one of her friends or at least find out what street she lives on.

If that doesn't work, and if you know her last name, look in the phone book and call each number and ask to speak with [her name]. Eventually you should track her down and you can start up a conversation on the phone.

Another idea, give her a slip of paper with your name, phone number, email address, etc. and ask her to contact you for a talk.

If you care enough, you will eventually find a way to talk with her alone.
