I am dating a man of 26 and i am going to be 18 in 5 weeks i wanted to knoew if its possible that my mom can arrest him for talking to me?

She can try to make your life pretty miserable and his too. It depends on what state you live in and what you and your boyfriend have done that your mother knows about. Primarilly, this means that if she knows you have had sex and if your state has 18 as the limit for having sex then she could make trouble.

If you have not had sex then your mother can't do anything (although she can try).

When you turn 18, you can do whatever you want to and she cannot get the police involved.

My advice is to put things on hold until you're 18 and then you are home free.
