Now I find out he and my wife are having an affair

My wife and I have been together for 7 years. We met in highschool but have only been married for 6 months. She just started a new job a couple months ago. A man there had trouble with his wife cheating on him. Now I find out he and my wife are having an affair. I confronted her and left. Now she says she loves me but it seems like she is waiting for me to ask her back. Should I try to mend this relationship or leave and should I wait for her to take steps to fix it since she is at fault?
