Is it bad for my girlfriend to go dancing with another guy? I asked her if she was in my shoes how would she feel and she said she would not worry about it, but the thought of her dancing with another guy really bothers me. She respected my feelings and didn't go. Am I being silly or is this a normal reaction?

I think it is a normal reaction.

If you can't dance, and she loves to then the three of you could go out together and that might be livable for you. Or if she were a competition dancer with another male partner that would be understandable.

Overall, however, what she suggested was somewhat unreasonable. It is good that you were able to handle it so well.
