Well i have this friend and i don't know if she likes me as a friend or more. Well this past week she's gone to the beach and we still talk everyday from email and every email she tells me she loves me and that she misses me alot. Then i didn't email her one day because i was really busy and she got sad and said "why didn't you email me yesterday it made me really sad you didn't" then when i told her i was busy she perked right back up. does she like me or are we just close friends?

You could find out by asking her out on a date and see what develops. You said that in every email she tells you that she loves you. What more evidence could you ask for? Do you think she means love like a friend? I suppose that is possible, but not very likely.
