Sorry I have another question. During the last week of school, some girl was driving her car and she hit my dad's car. Suddenly the girl in the passenger seat that I like, who lives in my neighborhood. I remember she looks at me when I pass by. Does that mean she likes me?? Is too late to have a conservation with her. The problem is that should I forget about the car accident, and focus on her.

You can talk about the crash. Ask her if she is ok from it and how is her friend doing. Make smalltalk. Need I say more?

Talk to every girl you can and practice saying Hi, smiling, and using her name and making smalltalk. You are in your formative years and take advantage of them to FORM something that you want to be in the future.

The future is in your hands now. Just do it!
