there is a girl i like and i think she likes me to. we are good friends and we chat lots on MSN. I was wondering, how would be the best way to ask her out or get a girl/boy-friend relationship going?

This is a sensitive way to let her know you like her. When you tell her that she will hopefully respond positively to you. If she doesn't respond, ask her how she feels about you.

If everything goes well, you can ask her out.
