im still trying to overcome this terrible pain that im feeling

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
hey, thanks for your previous replies.
im still trying to overcome this terrible pain that im feeling, is there anything i can do to overcome the intense pain and anxiety that im feeling. because at the moment im not functioning properly, i cant study, im about to fail many classes, i cant eat and im even rude to my family members and friends. this pain is so overwhelming ive never felt any thing like this before.
and i just get the feeling that when i get on the plane im going to have a massive anxiety attack. ive never loved anyone nearly this much and i feel like it may never be the same again, cause the more we fight about it the more i can see her getting driven away, and may not want to get back with me etc. thanks

RomanceClass.com Advice
Your situation is worse than I had imagined.

It is important to share your feelings... tell your family why you are being rude. Warn your parents that your grades are in danger, tell your professors about it and they will probably give you imcompletes to give you a chance to get your feet back on the ground.

See a professional counselor and get better informed advice than I can give you. If you can't do that, see your family doctor who could prescribe anti-anxiety meds.

DON'T have fights with your ex, this will just increase your anxiety. Why not buy her a going away present?

Make sure you eat well, don't drink too much or do drugs, get plenty of sleep (using over the county products if you feel they are necessary).

Recognize that you are far from the end of the tunnel, but the end is there... one way or the other. Be prepared for the worst but hope for the best.

I know some of this sounds like cliches, but cliches come into being because they tend to be true.

I wish you the very best through all this trouble!
