last week me and my girlfriend have been rocky. She just got a job and is getting lots of hours.Well i was being very unsupportive and talking down about her work.She said she needed a break because she doesnt need a man like that. She said "a man supports his woman". this situation is killing me i love her so much i dont wanna loose her,but then again i cant be dragged around until she makes a choice.i asked if we can take this month(june)to see what happens. How would i be able to win her back?

Well, one thing you can do is to becomce supportive.
That's just the start. Think of your three best qualities and your three worst qualities and spend the rest of the month working hard on improving and using your best qualities and, on the other hand, reducing your bad qualities.
This is a lot harder than it sounds, but the results can be miraculous.
