im dateing an 18 yr old that i love and i think loves me but my parents have known him for like 5 yrs and hate him he used to be a really bad guy but hes changed a lot over the years but they cant understand they said if they ever found that im dateing him theyd have him arrested what am i supposed to do? and please dont say break up with him caus i did do that but i ended up going back out with him so breaking up is not the answer here but please just give me some advice thats all im asking for and by the way im 13yrs old also another reason i love him is that he changed alot for me

You are way too young to be dating an 18 yr old. Find some nice boy your own age or closer to your age and start dating him.
