HI, I have alot of friends at school, and there is this one girl that I want to go out with... we are very good friends. I have realized this scanario which seems to happen often. It seems like if your too good of friends with someone, then you cant go out with them, even if you want to.... and like usually you go out with someone that your not best friends with..... How do you decide if you want to be really really good friends with them our go out with them? And how do you make the other person realize that?

Ask your good friend how she feels about your theory.
If she agrees, then you may need to cut back on your friendship.
If she doesn't agree then you can ask her out.
In either case, you are going to ask her out eventually.
