I have been with my boyfriend for about 3 and a 1/2 years, I recently cheated on him with another guy. My boyfriend was my first everything and I thought I loved him, now I am not sure. The man I cheated on him with and I both thought it would be best to say nothing to no one but now I feel so guilty. I am not sure if I should tell anyone or just let it be and try to get over it myself. Also I am not sure if I should just break up with my boyfriend and just not tell him to avoid hurting him really bad. Please help.

First figure out how you feel about your current boyfriend.

If you are going to stick with him, my advice is to not tell him what happened. If it happens again then you should leave your boyfriend.

If you are going to breakup with him, still don't tell him that you cheated.

You are going to have to live with your guilty thoughts... think of that as your punishment for cheating.
