Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 9 months, and we haven't even french kissed yet. Is that a bad or good thing? He says when ever your ready, but how do you know if your ready for that? How do you know when it's the perfect time?

There is no perfect time for anything.

You just have to choose a time that seems right and then go for it.

My suggestion is the next time you feel aroused by kissing and there is time for it, say "let's try french kissing." Then experiment slowly to find out what you like or don't like. Start off gently and try to see what feels best.
