there is a girl that i like and i have been told has feelings for me but she has a boyfriend. she is willing to go to the end of school prom but i am wondering how can i win her over her boyfiend

Don't try to win her from her boyfriend.

What you can do, however, is to make friends with her and talk with her as much as possible, hangout, but no dates. Keep up the conversations until she comes to depend on you for support as a friend. Be loyal, respectful, humorous, playful, honest etc.

She will start to respond to you that way too and one day she may break up with her boyfriend and you will be there waiting for her.
