he's also leaving for the Air Force in a few months

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
Theres a 3 year age difference. I'm 15 and he's 18. We havent known eachother long but it feels like ive known him forever. I really love him alot, but i'm not sure on what to do. Cause he's also leaving for the Air Force in a few months and wont get to see him often but i dont wanna leave him.....Do you think this could work out?

RomanceClass.com Advice
Last I heard, the Air Force is a four year commitment.

Do you think you could maintain a long distance romance for four years?

I doubt it, but you are welcome to try it if you think it will work. My advice is to try it for a year and see what happens. Your boyfriend will be lonesome and need someone to talk to. But if you don't see him often, your feelings will lessen.

You should be dating boys nearer your age and closer to home.

Good luck!
George
