i told my neighbor i like him. but i want to know if he likes me? he always smiles at me, and i think we flirt. and he always looks at me. one day he told me to stare into his eyes. he isn't shy. but he coudl be with telling me if he likes me.

He is probably eager to share his feelings with you. So next chance remind him that you like him and then ask how he feels about you.

If it's just friends, the continue to be the best friend you can and pretty soon he may start to like you.
