I'm 13 And I love this other 13 year old girl. I want to tell her exactly how i feel. I've alredy asked her out but she said no. Now i want to tell her how i fell. I really like this girl and don't want her to feel as if it's going to be something i'll keep doing untill we graduate. how can i teel he how i feel and not hurt her?

Telling someone that you care for them should never make them angry... unless they are an angry person to begin with in which case you don't want them.

She already knows you like her. Always say hi to her with a big smile and use her name when you say hi. You can tell her that your feelings for her are getting stronger and that if she changes her mind about going out for her to please tell you. Take advantage of the moment to ask her to go out again.

Her parents may not allow her to go out yet, so keep that in mind.
