I'm 16 and there is a girl in my class who I really like

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I'm 16 and there is a girl in my class who I really like. I have known her for a long time but it is only recently that I am starting to love her. We are great friends and I can easily talk to her, but I'm not sure if she treats me as a friend or if she feels the same way as me. Sometimes it seems like she does and sometimes she seems not to notice when i walk by. It's hard, I really want to be with her whenever I can, but I don't want to make her feel uncomfortable, I'm worried she will think I am stalking her. Also, I find it really hard to tell her how I feel, i am worried that if she doesn't like me if would make our friendship uncomfortable (and she would probably tell her other friends who my parents know very well...)

Do you think she really likes me? What should I do?

RomanceClass.com Advice
There's no way to guess how she feels.

Since you are good friends with her say to her something like "You know, I am starting to develop feelings for you... is that ok with you?"

By putting the question to her like that, she won't feel threatened and can reply naturally. If she gives no meaningful response then ask her how she feels about you.

It will be difficult to do this without feeling nervous, so practice saying it when nobody else is around until you feel comfortable saying it.

Good luck!
George
