FIrst i will explain what has happened:
he and i were at a party and he kissed another girl 3 weeks ago and blamed it on him being drunk. i took him back. yet we hardly ever talk or we arent as close as when we first started dating. i have felt him pushing me away for a long time before and for this week after i found out- i found out last friday. there are some good days but i dotn know how to reach him. he is shy and doesnt like to talk to me about emotional stuff, but i just dont know what i should do because i am so afraid this may happen again.

Since he won't talk about it, the likelihood is that he will do again what he did before.
If he can't talk about important things, he isn't the right guy for you. The only way a good relationship can grow is when both are committed to good communications, trust, respect, and honesty. He doesn't seem to have those qualities.
My advice is to move on and leave him behind.
