i met this girl and i really like her but i dont know how to tell her. she is in the middle of breaking up with her girl friend and i don't want to move to soon. what do i do?

You're definitely wise to wait. Someone in the midst of a breakup is going through really painful emotions and you don't really want your relationship with her to be tinged with all of that pain. Instead, show her that you're there, you can be here friend, be trusted, be loyal to her. Use this time to build up your friendship and your communication. When she's over the breakup, you'll be right there, ready to date her.
