I am a very jealous person, i've been with my boyfriend for 8 months and i still cant control it, i literally get so hurt at the thought of him talking to any other girl its defintely out of control and i want to fix it but i dont know what to do its so hard.

Jealousy is a nasty habit and can ruin a relationship.

You need to get the upper hand. To do this, have something ready to say to the jealous feeling when it arises. For example, when a jealous thought enters your mind, say to it "My boyfriend loves me and I don't need to feel jealous about it." Keep doing this until the jealous thoughts finally give up trying when they realize that you are no longer listening to them.
