Get over that jealousy

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Female
Im scared....Im tired...im jealous. i worry about who's on t.v shows,movies or even who's in the store & rather or not he is looking!! im forever looking in the direction he looks. Im forever searching to see where the pretty girls are at so if we go toward that direction I ASSUME its because he saw "her". I worry about being on the freeway & why hes looking to the left or the right. Right now I dont think he realizes how much of a handicap this is in my life.
I get so pissed & ask him if he would like her #?? he gets real quiet or plays dumb like he didnt notice her????????

You really need to see a good therapist to help you understand what is going on better.

You are probably about 10% right on your suspicions. Guys often look at other women (and women often look at other guys). But to let this drive you to distraction is hurtful to you and everyone around you. Get some help.

Jealousy is a dreadful feeling and life is so much better when it is fixed.
