Used to be really outgoing, now feel awkward

I have this problem where I used to be really outgoing around girls and guys, but now I'm having trouble sometimes just knowing what to say to my friends.

Did something major happen that might have shaken your confidence? Are you in a new school? These are the kinds of things that might make you feel different.

The only answer for changing this is to jump back into the water and start learning to swim again. It might be a little chilly and you may feel awkward, but it is the only way to do it.
