Martial arts teacher wonders about conflict of interest

HI
I am currently 17 years old and a martial arts teacher and have been teaching for almost 3 years now. I am a junior in High School. I have recently talked to this girl and have devolped a "crush". I would have asked her out already, but the problem is: her and her family are students in the Martial Arts School I teach at. She is a year younger than I and attends the same High school, My question is Should I ask her out? or stay friends with her so a conflict of intrest doens't occur. thanks

I don't feel there is a conflict of interested and that you should ask her out.

Also, her family knows you and that is a plus for you.
